2.Settlement Holidays :

Settlement holidays are days when the markets are open for trading, but the settlement of trades does not occur due to banking holidays. In 2025, the following dates are observed as settlement holidays:

On these days, while trading activities continue, the settlement of trades is postponed to the next working day. It’s crucial for traders to be aware of these dates to manage their fund flows and trading strategies effectively.

The Indian stock markets, which are usually closed on the weekends, will remain open for trading this Saturday, February 1, when Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presents the Union Budget.

According to a circular issued by the NSE and BSE, the trading hours will follow the standard schedule from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm for Equity and Derivative segments

The multi-commodity exchange of India (MCX) announced that it will remain open for a special trading session from 9 am to 5 pm.

What is IPO ?

An IPO (Initial Public Offering) is the process through which a private company offers its shares to the public for the first time, becoming a publicly traded company. It allows the company to raise capital from investors to fund growth, pay off debts, or achieve other corporate goals.

Open Pen App :

  6. Put lot size
  7. Tick [issue of capital and disclosure requirement]

After applying IPO, you will get notification from UPI APP in 5 to 10 minutes, otherwise you have to check your UPI APP for approval.
